Returns & Exchanges

We hope both you and your furry friend love your purchase!
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
You can return most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, grooming tools, or bedding.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [insert your store email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked postal service.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no fuss, no stress.


🌿 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
